Join the Family Advocacy Program for Pause & Pose Family Yoga night at 1800 at the Army Community Service, 50010 Smith AVE. All are welcome to attend, bring a yoga mat or one will be provided. Come join us for an evening of fun, stretching and connection. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or just curious, this is a great way to unwind together as a family.
