9/11 Day of Remembrance & Community Resource Fair

Honoring the past. Building resilience for the future.

In remembrance of the events of 9/11, Fort Huachuca MWR invites our youth, military families, and the surrounding community to come together at the Teen Center. Our goal is to honor the sacrifices made that day and showcase the incredible resilience and unity that inspired our nation on September 12, 2001.

Join us for an afternoon dedicated to community service, connection, and support.

• Date: Thursday, September 10, 2026
• Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Location: The Teen Center (Building 49013 Cushing St, Fort Huachuca, AZ 85613)
• Cost & Registration: FREE to attend! No registration required.
• Who Can Attend: Geared towards our military community and youth, but the general public is welcome.

🤝 The Community Resource Fair

Connect with local organizations dedicated to supporting our military families! The resource fair will feature tables offering information on:

• Local community resources
• Food assistance programs
• Nutrition and healthy food choices
• Emergency preparedness ...and more!

We want this event to be built by the community, for the community.

• Host a Table: Are you part of an organization that provides community resources and wants to set up a table at the fair?
• Volunteer: We are looking for volunteers to help us set up and tear down the event!

🛑 Base Access for Civilian Guests

Please note this event takes place on a military installation. To enter Fort Huachuca, all non-DoD ID cardholders must obtain an installation access pass prior to the event. Passes can be obtained at the Visitor Center located at the Van Deman Gate (Open Mon-Fri, 0530-1730).
