Room Rental Usage
- Schedule an appointment to book your parties, events and conferences through our Business Office at +1 (520) 533-3802.
- Plan your event using our Event Planning Form (PDF).
- TMAC Business Office is open for walk-ins, Wed-Fri 0900-1600.
- Room usage fees include use of the space, audiovisual equipment and use of tables and chairs. More information on event fees found on this pricelist (PDF).

Our facility features a state-of-the-art audio-visual system designed to enhance your events with versatile capabilities. The system supports DIRECTV, video feed, and seamless presentation projection, making it perfect for a variety of functions. Additionally, it includes music capabilities and cordless microphones for added convenience, ensuring high-quality sound and performance throughout your event.
- Bar Services

We offer full staff as well as pay-as-you-go service. All alcoholic beverages consumed at TMAC must be provided by TMAC. If you want alcohol available at your function, upon request, TMAC will provide bartender staff and operate pay-as-you-go bar service for no additional cost with any Room Rental Agreement.

- German Lunch Buffet

Give your taste buds an international adventure with the “Taste of the Rhine” German lunch buffet every Thursday at Thunder Mountain Activity Center. Your meal includes entrée, salad bar, rolls & butter, tea or water. Call (520) 533-3802 for details. Full Lunch Buffet - $14.95 for adults or $6.75 for children 5-11 years old.
