COVID-19 has taken a toll on the health of our children and youth. Fort Huachuca’s Youth Sports and Fitness Program wanted to provide parents and children/youth a simple and efficient guide to stay active and healthy, while remaining safe at home, during the current COVID-19 Pandemic. The Program created a COVID-19 Home Survival Guide providing simple tips to promote overall health (i.e., Mind, Body, and Spirit) while staying safe. Our goal is to combat the negative effects of COVID-19 with the power of Sports and Fitness!
