Many Arts & Crafts Programs also offer services, such as framing, engraving and embroidery. Stop in to purchase a special plaque to honor a Soldier or Spouse or customized gifts such as T-shirts or personalized mugs.

We make it a high priority to keep current on the latest arts and crafts trends. We have the tools and supplies you need to create something special. With so many choices, there is something for everyone.

The Arts and Crafts Program promotes Soldier and Family morale, fosters individual self-improvement and resiliency, and enriches the community’s cultural quality of life by offering affordable and quality instruction and hands–on assistance with creative arts.

Showcase Your Creations

If you’re ready to share your creative talents, consider the Army Digital Photography Contest and the Army Arts and Crafts Contest. They are annual competitions for authorized patrons and recognize the talent and originality of Active Duty Soldiers, Family members, Retirees, and Army Civilians. Entries are submitted from Army garrisons worldwide, including entries from Soldiers of deployed units, and showcase some of the most original and creative minds at work.

  • Army Arts and Crafts Contest: This contest recognizes the artistic talent and creativity on two experience levels: Novice and Accomplished. Entries can be submitted in one of ten (10) categories: Ceramic Art, Digital Art, Drawings, Fiber Art, Glass Art, Metal Art, Mixed Media 2D, Mixed Media 3D, Paintings, Wood Art.
  • Army Digital Photography Contest: This contest celebrates photographic skills from two divisions: Active Duty and Other Eligible Patrons. Participants enter their work in one of seven (7) categories, including: Animals, Design Elements, Digital Darkroom, Military Life, Nature/Landscapes, People and Still Life.
